Designed for ANSI/ASHRAE 110 Tracer Gas Testing
The Dif‑Kit is purpose-engineered for ANSI/ASHRAE 110‑1995, the industry standard for laboratory fume hood containment evaluation. It enables controlled tracer gas discharge and precise flow regulation, simulating contaminant movement inside the hood accurately.
The diffuser is manufactured strictly in accordance with Standard Drawing #110‑83M, ensuring stable, standard-compliant test conditions.
Accurate and Controlled Gas Diffusion
Its built-in critical orifice maintains a constant tracer gas flow of 4 L/min, supporting consistent, reproducible test results across repeated measurements.
Complete Tracer Gas Testing Solution
The Dif‑Kit contains all core hardware required for professional testing:
- Dual-stage specialty gas regulator
- Calibrated flow meter (150 mm / 200 psi glass tube)
- Pressure gauge (0–60 psi)
These components work in tandem to achieve precise gas regulation and measurement.
Flexible Tracer Gas Options
To suit environmental and regulatory requirements, the system is compatible with multiple tracer gases:
- SF₆ (Sulfur Hexafluoride)
- NO₂ (Nitrogen Dioxide)
