Integrated Monitoring, Flexible Deployment
These remote sensors can be easily incorporated into your existing infrastructure or run independently, providing continuous two-channel particle monitoring right at critical locations. They support Modbus over RS‑485 for smooth data integration. The 1.0 CFM version also features a 4–20 mA analog output, perfectly suited for alarm modules, PLCs and building automation systems.
Tailored Performance for Varied Environments
Tuned for different monitoring scenarios, the 3718‑A measures fine particles at 0.3 µm and 0.5 µm, while the 3719‑A covers 0.5 µm to 5.0 µm. Both adopt laser diode light sources and maintain a standard flow rate of 1.0 CFM (28.3 L/min), enabling fast and accurate detection in demanding environments.
Clear Outputs, Reliable Integration
Besides particle count data, the sensors transmit system status signals including fault codes and alarm signals. They can connect to PLCs or data loggers to support real-time facility supervision. Whether deployed as standalone monitors or integrated into larger control networks, they fit seamlessly into automation workflows without disruption.
Built for Cleanroom Compliance and Ease of Use
Featuring durable stainless steel enclosures, both models fully comply with ISO 21501‑4 and JIS B 9921. Supplied with configuration software for simple parameter setup, they accept multiple power options including network power and AC adapters. Every sensor carries a 3‑year warranty, demonstrating Kanomax’s assurance of stable, long-lasting performance.
Ideal Applications
These remote particle sensors are well matched for critical monitoring tasks in:
- Cleanroom qualification and real-time contamination surveillance
- Hospital surgical suites
- Aerospace component manufacturing areas
- Food processing facilities requiring strict particulate control
