Particle Monitoring for High-Specification Facilities
Depending on the model, the AES‑FPM can detect airborne particles down to 0.3 µm or 0.5 µm. This makes it a great fit for sites that demand stringent particulate cleanliness, such as pharmaceutical, electronics and food manufacturing facilities.
It comes with an integrated 4-stage LED indicator that shows particle concentration levels covering ISO 1000 to ISO 100,000. Thanks to this instant visual readout, on-site personnel can check cleanliness status rapidly, with no specialist training or separate display required.
Versatile Configurations to Match Diverse Requirements
The AES‑FPM Series offers multiple configuration options to accommodate different site applications. Models are available with 1–5 V analog output, digital communication interfaces or alarm outputs. Such flexibility enables simple, efficient integration with BMS, SCADA platforms or independent alarm systems.
Its separable sensor head supports maintenance and calibration work without stopping particle monitoring, cutting downtime and helping sites sustain uninterrupted particulate monitoring.
An optional temperature and humidity sensor extends its capability to environmental monitoring, letting users track conditions that may affect particle generation and production processes.
Suitable for Facilities of All Scales
For larger premises, the AES‑FPM can connect to a network monitoring system over Ethernet. This enables centralized data recording, remote access and plant-wide cleanliness audits, perfectly suited for regulated industries.
Boasting a rapid 1-second refresh rate, selectable measurement units (pcs/m³, pcs/cf, pcs/L) and durable internal hardware, the AES‑FPM provides stable real-time performance for round-the-clock operation.
