Air Quality Monitors – 2300 Series

Air Quality Monitors – 2300 Series Multi‑Parameter Monitoring for Particulates, CO₂, Temperature, RH and TVOC* The Kanomax USA Model 2360 and 2370 Air Quality Monitors deliver high‑performance real‑time particle and environmental measurement for cleanroom validation, industrial hygiene assessment and indoor air‑quality (IAQ) surveys. Capable of detecting airborne particles ranging from 0.3 μm to 25.0 μm at a 0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM) sample flow rate, these instruments generate precise, trustworthy readings across diverse operating environments. Both units display up to six particle size channels alongside temperature and relative‑humidity data. The Model 2360 integrates carbon‑dioxide (CO₂) measurement, while the upgraded Model 2370 adds TVOC detection to support fully‑rounded air‑quality evaluation. Whether deployed within controlled cleanroom spaces or harsh industrial premises, these monitors deliver actionable measurement insights to support regulatory compliance and drive indoor‑environment optimization.

  • Description

Optimized for Cleanroom, IAQ and Industrial Deployment

Suitable for pharmaceutical manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication and commercial indoor air quality audits, the 2360 and 2370 adapt to a broad spectrum of use cases. Featuring high particle concentration tolerance and live data output, they reliably cover environments from ultra‑clean spaces to locations with higher particulate loads.

These monitors support compliance with major standards including ISO 14644‑1, EU GMP Annex 1 and FS 209E, which makes them perfect for regulated facilities requiring traceable, auditable test records.

    Real-Time Monitoring for Rapid Decision-Making

Kanomax air quality monitors stream live particle counts in particles per second, enabling fast detection of contamination events and environmental shifts. Integrated audible and visual alarms trigger once preset limits are breached, so operators can act promptly to preserve environmental control.

Simultaneous sampling across multiple particle size channels plus estimated mass concentration delivers a full picture of airborne particulate conditions.

Flexible Data Logging & Compliant Reporting

Readings can be checked directly on the large color touchscreen or processed via Kanomax software. Key functions include:

    • Raw data export as CSV files
    • Standardized reports aligned with ISO, GMP and FS requirements
    • Internal storage for up to 45,000 samples, complete with environmental parameters and time stamps
    • User annotations for clearer data tracing and analysis

Remote monitoring and diagnostics let users manage units and resolve faults remotely over an internet connection.

Portable Design and Simple System Integration

The 2360 and 2370 work both as portable spot-check tools and fixed monitoring stations. The built‑in battery delivers up to 10 hours of continuous operation; intelligent battery management extends runtime to 100 hours, suiting field surveys.

For plant-wide monitoring, they connect smoothly to building automation systems and cleanroom monitoring platforms through:

    • Ethernet
    • USB
    • RS485 / RS232
    • Optional wireless communication

The rugged stainless steel housing is easy to decontaminate and resists particle accumulation, fitting the hygiene demands of controlled areas.
