Handheld Micromanometer – Model 6720-DP

Bluetooth-enabled micromanometer for high accuracy airflow velocity readings anomax USA Model 6720-DP Handheld Micromanometer This high-precision, Bluetooth-enabled micromanometer is engineered for HVAC testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB), airflow measurement and differential pressure inspection. Its flexible design lets technicians measure air velocity via a Pitot tube or optional velocity grid, read differential pressure directly, and capture dependable on-site data with just this single compact device. It covers a differential pressure range of -10 to +10 in. w.c. (-2500 to +2500 Pa), and supports Pitot-tube air velocity readings up to 7,874 FPM (40 m/s), making it ideal for rigorous HVAC and facility testing tasks. Equipped with a vivid color touchscreen, auto-ranging and auto-zero functions, air density correction, and switchable imperial/metric units, it greatly simplifies field measurement work.

  • Description

Multi‑Mode Airflow & Differential Pressure Measurement

The Model 6720‑DP offers diverse airflow measuring options, letting HVAC practitioners choose the right configuration for every job. It works with a Pitot tube for in‑duct velocity checks, pressure tubing for differential pressure testing, or the optional Model 6700‑01 velocity grid to capture average face velocity over a wide area.

Paired with the velocity grid, it samples average air velocity across an 11 × 11‑inch frame covering roughly one square foot. This makes the 6720‑DP highly suitable for assessing airflow through filters, coils, grilles and other openings, where single‑point readings would fail to deliver representative data.

Built for HVAC TAB and Critical Environment Validation

Purpose‑built for HVAC testing, adjusting and balancing, the Model 6720‑DP delivers the precise airflow and pressure readings required to verify system performance. Its compact form and interchangeable accessories also support critical environment certification, HEPA filter performance testing and airflow validation inside production facilities.

For Pitot tube and velocity grid tests, the unit compensates for barometric pressure and temperature to adjust air density, outputting readings under standard or actual site conditions. Adjustable Pitot coefficients and correction factors further accommodate varied test arrangements and reference standards.

Bluetooth Link for Remote Data Viewing

Integrated Bluetooth enables the 6720‑DP to connect to supported Kanomax mobile apps for remote operation and monitoring. Technicians can view readings on a phone or tablet — a major advantage when the instrument is placed in hard‑to‑reach spots.

USB connectivity allows data transfer to a PC for processing via matching software. An optional Bluetooth printer is available to generate hard‑copy test records directly on site for instant documentation.

Data Logging for Air Balancing & Facility Surveys

The internal memory holds up to 8,000 measurement points, ideal for logging extensive test points during balancing, certification and facility inspection tasks. Measurement IDs keep data well organized, while single‑point and averaging modes support both spot checks and time‑averaged sampling for better representativeness.

Saved data can be reviewed locally on the touchscreen or exported to a computer for deeper analysis, filing and report generation. Onboard storage plus Bluetooth and PC connectivity greatly simplify workflows that require multi‑point sampling and permanent test records.

Sold as Standalone Unit or Complete Grid Kit

The Model 6720‑DP can be purchased as a standalone micromanometer for users who already own compatible probes and accessories or wish to build a custom setup. The Grid package includes the velocity grid for average face velocity measurement, forming an all‑in‑one solution for regular testing of filters, grilles and large air intake surfaces.

This micromanometer also serves as the core unit for the Kanomax Model 6720 TABmaster Airflow Capture Hood, creating a flexible platform that consolidates multiple HVAC airflow measurement methods within one instrument system.
